You retain ownership of all uploaded content. Kwikk Media does not claim rights over it. You confirm you have permission to use all media and text, and you are solely responsible for any legal or regulatory compliance.

Public Visibility

Your Hosted Product (including your Digital Visiting Card, Mini Website, Digital Catalog, or Professional Website) is publicly accessible via its unique link. Please ensure your content is appropriate for general viewing. Kwikk Media is not liable for misuse of publicly available information.

Moderation Policy

Kwikk Media reserves the right to remove or suspend any content that violates guidelines, including offensive, unauthorized, fraudulent, or misleading materials. Reported misuse may result in your Hosted Product being taken offline immediately.

Data Usage

Your submitted information may be used to improve platform features. Kwikk Media does not sell or share your data with third parties. However, Kwikk Media is not responsible for data loss caused by device errors, user mistakes, or external factors.

2. Link Responsibility & Restrictive Policies

You are solely responsible for any external links included in your Hosted Product (such as your Digital Visiting Card, Mini Website, Digital Catalog, or Professional Website). Links must not lead to illegal, harmful, or misleading websites. Any violation may result in removal of your content or suspension of your Hosted Product. Kwikk Media is not liable for disputes, fraud, or damages arising from such links.

Kwikk Media does not process or guarantee payments made through your Hosted Product (including Mini Websites, Digital Catalogs, or Professional Websites). Any disputes regarding payments, refunds, or financial losses are strictly between you and your customers.

Cybersecurity Disclaimer

While Kwikk Media implements reasonable security measures, we cannot guarantee absolute protection against hacking, phishing, or malware. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and data.

Hardware & Device Disclaimer

Any hardware malfunction, operating system error, or device-specific glitch cannot be attributed to the Kwikk Media App. Kwikk Media is not responsible for phone crashes, battery drain, connectivity issues, or third-party conflicts.

6. Report Platform Abuse

Kwikk Media is dedicated to maintaining a safe, legal, and compliant digital ecosystem. If you discover any hosted page (Digital Visiting Card, Mini Website, Digital Catalog, or Professional Website) distributing phishing content, committing fraud, infringing copyrights, displaying prohibited materials, or otherwise violating this policy, please report it to our security desk immediately.
